DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled over a week before pickup day. If a deposit is not received within 3 days of discussing the order and quote, your order will be canceled. The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before the pick-up date; failure to pay will result in a cancellation.

BOOKING

It is recommended that you book at least two weeks in advance; anything less than a week will cost an additional $20. I recommend ordering the cake for the day before or day of consumption, quality will decrease any longer than 2-3 days.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

Pickup is in Colona, IL. Delivery must be after 6 pm on weekdays. Upon arrival of pickup/delivery, if by any means, you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your order, you may hand the order back unharmed. Then we can discuss further steps to go about your order. After you have received the order, I am no longer liable for any damages caused by the client (ex., improper handling/storage)

ETC

I do not cater to allergies, I do not offer gluten or dairy-free cakes.

I am selective of what orders I take when it comes to licensed images/characters. 

I do not work with fondant. 

If you order a cake with dark colors, staining may occur ! !
